These terms cover your use of Nooli, our interactive financial wellbeing application, referred to as “Nooli App”, “Nooli”, or the “App” in these Terms.
Nooli is provided to you by Nooli Technology UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15078140 with its registered office at Henleaze Business Centre, Henleaze, Bristol, England, BS9 4PN (“we”, “us” or “our”).
Nooli is available to download from the App Store or Play Store. The signup and relevant payment processes take place on the Nooli website.
In your use of Nooli you will have the opportunity to complete a series of plans relating to your finances and financial wellbeing. You will be asked to provide information regarding:
Information is gathered through direct responses to questions or through selection from a number of statements, or mood emojis, relating to finances and financial goals and wellbeing.
There are some free text fields for you to complete where we ask you about your experience with Nooli. Please do not share sensitive information with us.
The responses you give will generate plans for you with recommendations to improve your financial wellbeing. These are based on five core themes:
Nooli is an interactive experience with a series of challenges, quizzes and tips to help you on your journey, and these are called “noolies”.

We will process this personal data in line with our Privacy Notice. The App also includes a quiz that determines your “Finotype” which we call your money personality, based on your thoughts, behaviours, attitudes and relationship with money.
In the course of the Nooli journey there are some free text fields for you to complete where we ask you about your experience with Nooli. We ask that you do not share sensitive information with us in completing these. While the techniques and practices promoted by Nooli may have health and wellness benefits, they are not a substitute for medical or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Nooli provides wellbeing content via meditation and mindfulness experiences, with insights about the psychological elements of money management. Nooli is not a health care or medical provider and the contents of Nooli does not represent medical or clinical advice.
We are not responsible for any reliance that you place on the wellbeing or financial content within Nooli. Nooli is regularly updated to reflect factual and current information, but we are not responsible to you for any errors or omissions within Nooli content.
Nooli is designed to generate plans, and to provide information and tools, to help you manage your finances. The information provided to you is for educational purposes only and is not intended to be and does not constitute financial advice or personalised financial advice. We do not provide financial advice and do not consider ourselves financial advisors. Any information provided by the App is general in nature and should not be relied upon without obtaining professional advice specific to your circumstances and anything related to your personal finances. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage incurred by you as a result of your reliance on the information provided by the App.
We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. You may not use or reproduce any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent. By using the App, you don’t acquire any rights or licenses to the App or its content, except for the limited right to use the App in accordance with these terms.
During your Nooli journey, you may be recommended or introduced to third party providers of services that you have expressed an interest in or may be of use to you in seeking to obtain your financial goals. Some services may be provided by Nooli Technology UK Limited. We will tell you when this is the case and refer you to the relevant services and their associated terms and conditions and any associated contractual agreements, such as credit agreements.
We're always careful about which websites we direct you to via links from Nooli, but we can't guarantee the ongoing quality, upkeep or security of those websites. That includes the privacy policies and terms of linked third party websites, even if you access them using links via Nooli.
You may leave Nooli at any stage in the journey by deleting the App. If you choose not to continue, we may retain data that you have provided to us but will do so in a manner that is anonymised. Your rights under the terms of our Privacy Notice will remain unaffected.
We’re not liable to you or any third party under any circumstances for any loss, damage or expense that arises out of your use of the App, but nothing excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our legal responsibility to you under these terms is limited to directly foreseeable loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disagreements or issues that arise will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales. This includes any disagreements that are not related to these terms.
